STRICT/ENFORCED CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY**
Less than 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment will result in a non-refundable charge equal to 100% of the service.
For EYEBROW appointments if you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a non-refundable deposit of $30 will be taken to reschedule.
For EYELASH, & FACIAL appointments if you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a non-refundable deposit of $60 will be taken to reschedule.

Pet Policy
We do not allow pets or animals in the salon, with the exception of Certified Service Animals.
Lash Hygiene
Please come to your eyelash appointments with clean eyelashes. Doing so will not only ensure that your stylist has ample time to complete your service, but clean eyelashes also have the best retention. If you are unable to do so, your stylist can wash your eyelashes for you, however, this will limit the amount of time spent on your fill or full set.

What is the difference between classic and volume eyelashes?
Classic Lashes
One individual extension applied to one individual natural lash (i.e. 100 natural lashes=100 extensions)
Adds length and curl to client’s natural lashes
Good for clients with a lot of natural lashes
Volume Lashes
Thin extensions created into a fan of 2-5 lashes and applied to one individual natural lash (i.e. 100 natural lashes=200-500 extensions)
Gives a lighter and fuller look while still adding length and curl to client’s natural lashes
Good for clients who don’t have a lot of natural lashes, or who want a fuller look
What type of eyelash extensions do we use?
Borboleta
Our lashes are faux mink. They are made up of unique synthetic yarn fibers which make them super soft and light. Borboleta lashes are a deep matte black and never lose their curl.
A specific stylist is booked for weeks and I need to get in?
Please Text or Call Beauty Lounge (720) 218-2182 and ask to be added to a cancellation list
We are all very well trained so if you can’t get in with your normal stylist it is okay to book with someone else
How long do eyelash extensions last?
We suggest clients to come in and get a lash fill every 2-3 weeks. They can schedule for every 4 weeks but 4 weeks is generally when enough lashes have fallen out that the artist would then charge you for a full set, instead of a 2- or 3-week re-lash.
Lash Shedding:
On average, each eye has 90-120 natural lashes
In 1 week, we lose 21 lashes
In 2 weeks, we lose 42 lashes
In 3 weeks, we lose 63 lashes
How long does permanent makeup last?
Lasts at least 1 year. It all depends on how well the client takes care of their skin, as well as how much sun exposure they have.

We suggest classic to start, unless they know they want volume. You can always switch to volume or vice versa.
